As Islamabad is continuing to grow to cater for the growing population and the large number of "Returnees" from other parts of the world, we have included the latest maps and local information regarding the Islamabad Master Plan, the different Zones in Islamabad and where everything is. We have also included sector maps and society and housing scheme plans for those wishing to identify which plot it is they are wanting to buy or have already bought.
According to our research, Zone 2 and Zone 4 are the future growth locations due to a variety of factors including the New Islamabad Airport, Murree Expressway and creation of leisure and industry specific facilities in Zone 4.
The carefully selected location for the Green Acres and Pristine Farms projects described on this site are :
Zone 4 - Islamabad - near Chak Shahzad and Kuri - Location of the land where the Green Acres scheme and Pristine Country Estates is located. Zone 4 has been designated by the CDA as a protected area and there are restrictions on housing societies here. Only agricultural farms, orchards and farmhouses are allowed here. Private landowners are able to build a house covering up to 2 kanals which is a HUGE house indeed and this has given rise to the entire area becoming a place for Luxury Homes where the rich and famous choose to reside in the serenity of the near suburbs of Islamabad. Most of the VIP homes built in ChakShazad over the last few years (which cost in excess of 10 crores!) are built on leasehold farmland but both of the schemes being offered here are FREEHOLD and ownership is clear and free of disputes. The Green Acres scheme has been in development for the past 3 years and possession is now offered so owners can now begin construction of their own luxury home or farmhouse. The Pristine Country Estates scheme is midway through it's development process having purchased the land and NOW is a great time to invest since the prices being offered are UNBEATABLE. Recently a farmhouse was sold in Chakshazad, less than 6 kilometres away, for a staggering 27 crores so there is plenty of potential for capital growth !! The CDA is undertaking a great deal of development work in ZONE 4 and new universities, an IT park, Cine City, Zoo, Country Club are all included in the new master plan for Zone 4.
The Islamabad Decent homes project is located at Sector D17 - Margalla View Housing Society - Zone 2 - Islamabad - where houses are available for sale now. D17 Margalla View is one of the oldest approved societies in Islamabad and has received all the necessary permissions from the CDA as can be seen on the CDA website. D17 is in a great location along the main GT road and has it's own scenic beauty. Sandymar Dam is located in one corner of D17 providing for the water needs of current and future residents as well as being a great spot to take a walk along the shores of the lake. All development work in this sector has been completed and gas and electricity has been connected. There are several brand new plaza's there where shops have opened and continue to open to cater to the needs of the residents. Many families have already taken up residence at new apartments and houses built there. All aspects of this scheme comply with the requirements of the CDA, who will take over this sector once the majority of the residents have taken possession of their plots and houses. The Islamabad DECENT HOMES project has been under development here for over 2 years and finally the Model House is complete and open for viewing.

This is brilliant ! Thank you for making these maps available for everyone. It is difficult to find proper maps for Islamabad sectors and societies. I really like your website as you are providing a good service to everyone for FREE.

I have many more maps and location plans but I'm running out of space on the server for these. I'll redo this section once I move the site to a new host's server. Any suggestions are welcome. Some people report the site is VERY QUICK whilst others report it as being a bit slow. Internet Explorer causes problems whilst Firefox users love the speed and look of the site. Please upgrade to Firefox if you have have problems...it's much better anyway and gives more features.
