This sector promises to be an excellent location within the next 2-3 years. 15 minutes drive from F10. Decent Homes are offered in two plot sizes - 30x70 and 30x80. The house design will be similar on both plot sizes but obviously the larger plot will have a bigger front lawn providing a nice space to enjoy the outdoors. MODEL HOUSE Walkthrough: The Solid Oak front door leads into the spacious TV Lounge (13'9x26) which has a vaulted ceiling (double height). These houses are selling fast so get yourselves over to see the model house and make your decision...they won't get cheaper, property in Islamabad never does. There is only one COMPLETED unit left now at 66 lacs until Eid is over and then the price on that one will be increased.

The price of these houses has been increased by the developer with effect from today. The newly announced prices are : Rs.70 lac for the 30x70 and Rs.76 lac for the 30x80 unit there is still one fully completed unit listed in our Property for Sale database that is still priced at Rs.68 lac which now represents EXCELLENT VALUE since it is 2 lac BELOW the developer price and it is a COMPLETED unit. Buy this TODAY if you have spare cash sitting around.

OMG !! Can we still get one at the old price when we come in December. My Mom really likes it too but we were going to go see the project when we come for Eid and then decide.

@Sheena The old price is now history but if you are prepared to pay in full, there is one unit available at 2 lac BELOW the developer price and it's READY TO MOVE INTO as it has JUST been completed. If you still want one on installments then you will have to pay the new price as construction costs are continuing to escalate.

@Rab The installment plan is 25% down and remainder payable in equal monthly installments over 12 months. Only the 30 x 80 units are still available on installments as the 30 x 70 units have now been completed and majority sold.

an absolutely beautiful house, i have just brought a house in jhelum if i had known i would of brought this house, its an absolute art piece iv seen houses in londons billionaires row bishops avenue but this is absolutely fit enough for that street, i would consider buying this this later on

D17 is really a nice location with still relatively lower prices in Islamabad. My partners and friends has bought there for ourselves. My partner who has moved from NYC is building 2 houses to sell, but good quality, there. We already built and sold 2 in Bahria II. One is almost complete and is getting final touches, about 3400 SF covered area on 2 floors. only serious people should write to
