Luvd the look, and fortunately I am looking forward to buy a decent house as well. And the kewl thing is that i think i can afford one at the price too... So now tell me where to find this D-17 sector (am an alien to Islo)? And btw are u selling any furnished houses as well?

The furniture pack costs 12 lac but you could do it yourself with some help from friends for around 8 lac. D17 is only 10-15 minutes drive from F10 along the GT road at present but the Margalla Road extension will cut this down drastically when it's complete...the CDA has acquired all the land for this extension and has announced that it will get it done this year. Take a look at the Islamabad Maps section for full information on D17

These pictures are great and show that these really are beautiful houses. I went to see the model house and it was really very nice and the area is good too and lot of people are building their houses and few people are living there. I suppose it will get more expensive when more people complete their houses.

As more of the houses are completed, D17 will become more populated and therefore more popular so you can be sure the pirces in this area will continue to rise. It is still a 5 STAR investment in our view.
