Plots of various sizes are available here. 5 Kanals, 10 Kanals, 20 Kanals and 40 Kanals. The resale price is currently hovering around 10 Lacs per Kanal and some of these plots have been levelled, walled, fenced with tube wells for water provision and an electrictiy transformer and meter from WAPDA. Construction of private residences has started. We recommend this as a 5 STAR investment.

You can't have ALL OF IT I'm afraid. Most of it is already sold but there are some plots left of various sizes ranging from 5 kanals to 40 kanals. You can make an enquiry from the Property for Sale section and someone will contact you. We still recommend this as a 5 STAR investment !
