No chance Terry. The house is currently being sold for 72 from the developer. 68 is the final price for a completed one which can be easily rented out at 25k to 30k per month, more if it's furnished.
The deal could only happen if you pay minimum 42 lac plus your plot in E12 which is being valued in the open market for 25 lac MAXIMUM. Right now there are no buyers for plots in E12 so it couldn't be sold onwards immediately anyway.
Feel free to call some dealers and find out the current price and situation for E12.

Terry, the 200 sq yd plot in E12/4 is currently worth around 24 - 25 lac rupess. I don't know how much you bought it for but that is it's current market value. If you are interested in exchanging it for the House in Islamabad Decent Homes, we may be able to arrange this but there is a considerable difference in price which you would need to pay in cash.
